AJUNTAMENT DE CANET DE MAR

Both main Canet Rieras (Gavarra and Buscarons) connect in this spacious place. Torrent water flows through an underground passage from 2002 and it has been closed to traffic. An important pedestrian zone with wonderful views has been created; Mediterranean Sea to the south and Museum House Lluis Domènech i Montaner to the north. There are also notable houses like ca la Bianga and the Ateneo (A Town Hall now the local library) built under the hand of Lluís Domènech i Montaner and some of the americanos houses.
